The Programme
As an Intern, you will support the department in various tasks, including:
- Assisting with the sourcing and purchasing of goods and services. - Conducting market research to identify potential suppliers.
- Evaluating supplier performance and maintaining supplier relationships.
- Preparing and processing purchase orders and invoices.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of procurement activities.
- Supporting the development and implementation of procurement strategies.
This position reports to: Procurement & Logistics Business Partner.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Fresh graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Being able to work full-time.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
