The Programme 

Job location: Flemington Tower, 182 Le Dai Hanh, Dist.11, HCMC. 

What You Will Do 

• Follow up Promo Planning by accounts & tracking execution in stores vs. Plan. 
• Follow up with the packing guidelines with Log & vendor & Customers Team. 
• Follow up with the delivery & upload all GRS to the system whenever gifts reach the warehouse. 
• Follow the gift status & update to utilize all gifts if any. 
• Follow up with Netco for delivery gifts/ Payment check list. 
• Follow up and Check Netco's KPI. 
• Promo Registration, code gift, code pack, master file… 
• Consolidate post-mail monthly both ANI and Competitors. 
• Summarize key take aways and follow-up actions.
• Do other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED 

• Graduate or Undergraduate level: Last-year students or Fresh Graduates. 
• Major related to Business Administration, Marketing, Sales…is preferred.
• Be able to work full-time or only off 1-2 shifts per week, within 6 months from May to Nov 2025).
