The Programme 

Interact with: Customer Omnichannel team, Account planning and Marketing team. 
Job location: Flemington Tower, 182 Le Dai Hanh, Dist.11, HCMC. 

What You Will Do 

• Penetrate customers (focusing on Mom & Baby and Pharmacy) to understand their Omni channel (stakeholder, available platform & activity system, process, rate cart …) 
• Develop an integrated omnichannel strategy (assortment, pricing & promo, media & marketing plan, online fundamental, key events & maximization activity) 
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing team to implement the strategy. 
• Monitor and Track performance.  

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Core Skill Requirement 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms. 
• MS Office.
• Good at communication & interpersonal skills.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED 

• Graduate or Undergraduate level 
• Major in Marketing & Sales or business administration.
• Be able to work full-time within 6 months (May – Nov 2025)
