What will you do as an HR Intern in Accenture?

  • Collaborate with the hiring team to understand specific requirements and qualifications for sourcing candidates for open positions.

  • Support the full campus recruitment lifecycle, including market promotion, campus talks, career fairs, online applications, candidate management, screening, assessment, offers, and onboarding.

  • Build and maintain talent pools for evergreen positions, ensuring candidate pipelines are robust across various platforms and groups.

  • Work with the marketing teams and external vendors to assist with employer branding campaigns.

  • Conduct market research and provide insights to the recruitment team and business stakeholders.

  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed.

 

What are we looking for?

  • University students in any discipline with a strong interest in people-related matters, especially in talent acquisition

  • Attention to detail and well-organized

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively with business and candidates

  • Team player but also independent and driven

  • Creative and able to think out of the box when facing challenges

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

  • Prior internship/ part-time experience in recruitment will be an advantage

  • Able to work at least 3 full working days per week

  • Immediately available and can fulfill 6 months internship will be a priority
