What will you do as an HR Intern in Accenture?
Collaborate with the hiring team to understand specific requirements and qualifications for sourcing candidates for open positions.
Support the full campus recruitment lifecycle, including market promotion, campus talks, career fairs, online applications, candidate management, screening, assessment, offers, and onboarding.
Build and maintain talent pools for evergreen positions, ensuring candidate pipelines are robust across various platforms and groups.
Work with the marketing teams and external vendors to assist with employer branding campaigns.
Conduct market research and provide insights to the recruitment team and business stakeholders.
Assist with ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed.
What are we looking for?
University students in any discipline with a strong interest in people-related matters, especially in talent acquisition
Attention to detail and well-organized
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively with business and candidates
Team player but also independent and driven
Creative and able to think out of the box when facing challenges
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
Prior internship/ part-time experience in recruitment will be an advantage
Able to work at least 3 full working days per week
Immediately available and can fulfill 6 months internship will be a priority
