Industry X Engineering Graduate Program 2027 – Perth

Engineer the systems that power the real world.

You’re starting your career at a time when industries like energy, resources and infrastructure are being reshaped for safety, sustainability and long‑term impact. The best place to begin? Somewhere you can get hands‑on, learn fast, and see your work make a real difference.

That place is Industry X at Accenture.

What is Industry X?

Industry X is Accenture’s engineering‑led practice, focused on physical assets, operations and infrastructure. We work alongside organisations in energy, mining and heavy industry to help them design, operate and maintain the systems that keep the world running.

What You’ll Do

As an Industry X Graduate, you’ll step into hands‑on engineering roles, working closely with on‑site teams and experienced engineers. You’ll learn how complex systems operate in real environments — and how engineers solve problems where safety, performance and reliability really matter.

You could find yourself:

  • Supporting mechanical or electrical engineering work across operational sites
  • Assisting with inspections, assessments and engineering analysis of plant or equipment
  • Working with experienced engineers to improve safety, reliability or performance
  • Contributing to engineering documentation, maintenance strategies or improvement initiatives
  • Spending time on site to understand how assets operate and how decisions play out day to day

You’ll be supported with:

  • Structured learning & development aligned to engineering standards
  • Mentoring from senior engineers and technical specialists
  • A mix of site‑based and office‑based engineering experience

As you grow, you’ll have opportunities to build depth across mechanical, electrical, operations or asset‑focused engineering roles, and shape a career grounded in practical experience.
