Technology Analyst/Graduate Program 2027 – Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney

Reinvent with Accenture — build the future, faster.

You’re stepping into the workforce at a time when technology is changing everything. The best place to start? Somewhere you can build real solutions, learn at speed, work with brilliant people, and use technology to create real impact — for businesses, communities and the world.

That’s what Reinvent with Accenture is all about.

What You’ll Do

As a Technology Analyst, you’ll work at the intersection of technology, people and real-world impact. From day one, you’ll be part of project teams helping organisations rethink how they work, serve customers and use technology better.

You could find yourself:

  • Building or enhancing digital platforms, applications or cloud solutions
  • Helping teams use data, AI and automation to make smarter decisions
  • Supporting the design and delivery of secure, scalable technology solutions
  • Working alongside designers, engineers, consultants and clients to turn ideas into reality

You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll learn on the job through real delivery work, supported by:

  • Structured learning and certifications in core and emerging technologies
  • Coaching and mentoring from experienced Accenture team members
  • A collaborative, team-based environment where asking questions is encouraged

Depending on your interests and strengths, your work could span areas such as software engineering, cloud, data & AI, cybersecurity, systems design or technology consulting — with opportunities to explore and pivot as you grow.
