The organization is seeking an enthusiastic and flexible individual who is willing to learn and develop personally and professionally.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote assistance.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
Document, track, and monitor support requests to ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Assist in the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Collaborate with vendors to resolve hardware and software issues.
Assist with projects as required
Qualification:
Min 1-2 years of ICT Support Experience.
Experience in some of the following highly regarded: - Active Directory, MS Exchange, Office 216 /Office 365, Windows 7 and Windows 1, TCP/IP networking, Windows Server Administration
Relevant IT Certification or IT Degree
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
Proficient in troubleshooting Windows
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
This role amounts to $60,000 to $70,000 plus super for a Graduate working full-time for 12 months.
