About the Company:

We a commercial and insurance law firm with over 60 years' experience and the scale to provide a top-tier level of legal services.

The organization is seeking an enthusiastic and flexible individual who is willing to learn and develop personally and professionally.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote assistance.

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.

  • Document, track, and monitor support requests to ensure timely resolution.

  • Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles.

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve hardware and software issues.

  • Assist with projects as required

 

Qualification:

  • Min 1-2 years of ICT Support Experience.

  • Experience in some of the following highly regarded: - Active Directory, MS Exchange, Office 216 /Office 365, Windows 7 and Windows 1, TCP/IP networking, Windows Server Administration

  • Relevant IT Certification or IT Degree

  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.

  • Proficient in troubleshooting Windows

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

 

This role amounts to $60,000 to $70,000 plus super for a Graduate working full-time for 12 months.
