Required Skills/Knowledge

1-2 years of experience in an IT HelpDesk/IT Support or similar role would be helpful.

They will be working in an Agile environment with experienced professionals. The successful candidate will have a strong IT background.

The successful candidate should be looking to gain experience in a range of areas including documentation, testing, and good customer support.

They must have strong written and verbal communication skills

Flexible "can-do' approach and desire to improve personally and professionally are essential.
Qualifications – Australian University Degree

You must have completed an Information Technology/Information Systems or similar degree at an Australian University.
This role will amount to $70,000 - $80,000 including super for a graduate working full-time.
