Intern - Business - Sourcing & Planning

The Programme

Support Planning FW to manage delivery operations and build an understanding of order management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support local and cross-border availability drive with T1s. 
  • Harmonizing the tools and formats used across different T1 partners. 
  • Standardization of BP and SP level loading plan across T1s. 
  • Create a framework of monthly and seasonal risk and mitigation plans. 
  • Support projects around T1 Performance evaluation. 
  • Support in the transfer execution. 
  • Formulate seasonal DRC approach for Key material suppliers. 
  • Build a Simulation tool for capacity reliability and predictable delivery trends.

Key Relationships:

  • Support to ensure business relationships between adidas and the assigned factory(ies) and suppliers are maintained at the highest level of trust and integrity. 
  • Internal counterparts: LO operation teams.

Required Skills and Abilities

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong analytical skills. 
  • Good IT skills (Share Point, Smart Sheet, Power BI, or similar) 
  • Good sense of integrity. 
  • Collaboration, and teamwork. 
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in a global business setting.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Last year students or fresh graduates in data analytics/business. 
  • Willing to learn, open to new ideas & explore different options at work. 
  • At least 6 months of availability.
