Job Overview:
We’re looking for a dependable and creative individual to support our human resources team in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and internal communication.This is a remote-based role ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, social media, and supporting people initiatives through engaging communication.
Responsibilities:
Assist with posting job ads and managing job board accounts
Help screen resumes and arrange interview times
Update and organize employee records and spreadsheets
Prepare simple onboarding materials for new hires
Support basic admin tasks like email replies and document formatting
Communicate with candidates and team members when needed
Qualifications:
Basic computer skills (e.g., copy-paste, Google Docs, email)
Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Friendly, reliable, and willing to learn
