2026 Graduate Account Manager

We are seeking customer-obsessed and results-oriented graduates to join the third-party sellers team as Graduate Account Managers. In this role you'll be the critical link between Amazon and diverse sellers, empowering businesses to thrive in the digital marketplace. As a trusted advisor, you'll leverage Amazon's tools to help businesses expand their customer base and increase sales by maximizing their success on the Amazon Australia store. Working within our collaborative and inclusive team, you'll immerse yourself in the fast-paced world of e-commerce, fostering valuable relationships and continuously enhancing your professional skills.

Your day will be a blend of strategic relationship building, data-driven insights, and collaborative problem-solving. You'll engage with sellers across various industries, understanding their unique challenges and crafting tailored growth strategies.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with sellers ranging from emerging startups to established brands
  • Strategically guide sellers in leveraging Amazon's tools and programs to maximize their online potential
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis to uncover growth opportunities and develop actionable recommendations
  • Facilitate communication between sellers and internal teams to enhance overall marketplace experience
  • Track and evaluate seller performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently completing or recently graduated (with the last 24 months) from an undergraduate or postgraduate degree (any discipline)
  • Demonstrated experience through internships in sales, account management, marketing, or consulting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly when distilling complex information in simple form
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Some work experience - whether through placement years, internships or university (e-commerce experience highly regarded)
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and Excel (pivot tables, macros, data analysis techniques)
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems
