Our Graduate Program

Our program includes structured rotations designed to immerse you in different areas of the business over two years. These rotations provide hands-on experience, build a broad skill set, and help you develop a strong understanding of the organisation to prepare you for your future career. 

Throughout the program, you’ll take part in tailored learning and development designed for early-career professionals. You’ll have access to LinkedIn Learning for self-paced growth, along with workshops and resources focused on building core skills like communication, leadership, and time management.

Your rotations:

We have an opportunity within our Supply & Optimisation department. The role will rotate throughout Lytton Refinery doing Planning and Scheduling and time spent within Infrastructure. You will be supported by leaders and the program as you work your way through your rotations prior to your permanent placement.

About you

Our ideal candidates will be passionate about growing critical skills necessary for professional growth, leadership and  a strong focus on safety. You will bring with you solid technical and engineering fundamentals, along with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across various teams.

Qualification criteria

  • Tertiary qualification in Chemical Engineering. Industrial considered for the Supply and Optimisation role. Must be recently graduated
  • Solid technical foundations relevant to refinery operations
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships
  • Highly self-motivated and driven with a strong commitment to learning and growth
