About the Role

Join our Graduate Program as a Graduate Analyst within our Deal Advisory team, starting January 2026!

Our Deal Advisory team provide advisory services to clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, valuations, due diligence, and restructuring. Our specialists help clients with buying, selling, or growing their businesses by providing expert financial advice and guidance!

What you’ll do

As a Deal Advisory Graduate at BDO, you can expect to:

  • Perform analysis for valuation and due diligence engagements to determine business operations, drivers and performance indicators
  • Conduct research using various research tools
  • Draft background and industry sections of reports
  • Build and review financial models
  • Draft sections of reports/client communications, developing your ability to communicate with clients, and other transaction stakeholders

Eligibility

To be eligible for our Graduate Program, you must be:

  • In your final year, or have recently completed an Accounting, Corporate Finance, Commerce, Finance or other relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree
  • Eligible for postgraduate study (CA/CPA, CFA)
  • Available to start in January 2026.
