The Programme 

As a bolttech intern: 

You will have the opportunity to gain on-the-job experience and training, exposure to exciting opportunities. You will be embedded in a team working alongside some of our best SMEs.  

You will also be supported by our intern program which offers a structured learning experience.  

You will have the opportunity to: 

• Desing structure and populate Risk and Compliance repositories (e.g. Licenses, Conflict of Interest declarations, risk issues & incidents, etc.). 
• Refresh Risk Management and Compliance training materials. 
• Work on compliance risk assessment review including status progress against licensing requirements. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

What we are looking for: 

• Able to work collaboratively and cooperatively with others to achieve solutions with the best possible outcomes for all parties involved. 
• Curious and eager to learn and acquire new knowledge and skills. 
• Able to use a broad range of communication styles and employ effective ways to communicate with different stakeholders. 
• University graduate or student in Business or Law.
