Position Summary 

As a Graduate Investments Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our investment process. You’ll work closely with seasoned professionals, gaining hands-on experience in global markets and contributing to our success by monitoring exposures, hedging strategies, and reducing portfolio volatility. Key Responsibilities 

• End-to-End Investment Process: Immerse yourself in every stage of the investment process, from helping to implement, analyse and research trades, to execution and risk management. 
• Trade Execution: Execute portfolios of securities across global markets following strategies developed by senior traders. 
• Risk Management: Monitor portfolio exposures and implement strategies to hedge positions, helping to ensure our exposures are correctly managed. 
• Team Collaboration: Be an integral part of a dynamic team where your ideas are valued, and your growth is a priority. You'll work side by side with industry experts who are passionate about mentoring and developing talent. 

About You 

• Educational Background: Final year at university with a minimum distinction average undertaking an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in a quantitative discipline.  Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Economics, Engineering, Finance are preferred, but all candidates with strong quantitative abilities are encouraged to apply. 
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate ideas and collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members. 
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to problem-solving and a commitment to high standards in all aspects of your work. 
• Curiosity & Drive: A passion for learning, seeking feedback, and a drive to solve complex, real-world problems. 
• Bonus Skills: Some familiarity with software development—particularly with Python—will be considered a strong asset.
