Kent Park Primary School is in Ferntree Gully, an outer-eastern suburb of Melbourne. We currently have 200 students with enrolments remaining steady. New playgrounds, synthetic turf oval and landscaping in 2025 have added to our already well-equipped facilities.
Our School-wide Positive Behaviour program is the cornerstone of everything we do and has dramatically changed the climate and culture of our school. In 2024/25 we achieved "Gold" accreditation for our SWPBS program.
To reflect the changing literacy needs of our learners, we started with the Science of Reading approach which has now developed into our own model, linked to the new Victorian curriculum.
We are looking for outstanding graduate teachers to join our teaching team to continue the significant improvements we have implemented over the last 5 years. Graduates will have access to highly skilled teams, mentors and instructional leaders.
Please contact the school if you would like a tour or a session to visit our classrooms to see what we do and how you might become part of our team at Kent Park.
