Your first 12 weeks  

You will get hands-on with SQL, Python, extract, transform and load processes, cloud data platforms, business intelligence tools, agile delivery, and AI integrations. You will learn how data is ingested, cleaned, modelled, governed, checked, and used.  

Roles you could move into  

• Data Engineer: build and maintain pipelines that move data between systems.  
• Cloud Data Engineer: use cloud platforms to store, process, and prepare data for reporting, analytics, or AI teams.  
• Data Governance Analyst: help teams define ownership, quality rules, catalogues, and classification standards.  
• Data Quality Analyst: check data for issues, trace problems to the source, and work with teams to fix them.  
• Business Intelligence Developer: build dashboards and reports that help people act on data.  

Where it leads: as you build experience on client projects, the path opens up into more senior technical roles across data engineering, cloud data platforms, data architecture, and data governance leadership.

What you need to bring  

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in any subject  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills  
• Clear communication and good people skills  
• The ability to learn quickly and adapt  
• Eligibility to work in Singapore  
• Commitment to FDM’s full 2.5-year Graduate Programme  

Nice to have  

• Python or SQL experience  
• Exposure to cloud platforms, data modelling, or data quality concepts
