Fordham Graduate  Program

As a specialist part of Perpetual, we offer the opportunity to work in a specialist business advisory firm with the backing of a trusted diversified financial services company.

As a Graduate at Fordham, you'll:

• Participate in the Fordham graduate training program that includes a Grad Camp with fellow Fordham Graduates
• Work as part of a team to deliver exceptional outcomes to business owners and business managers
• Prepare financial statements and tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, companies, and SMSFs
• Learn how to identify and help address a range of business and personal challenges clients face
• Meet lots of likeminded people and have the opportunity to build lifelong friendships

To be eligible for the Fordham Graduate Program (starting February 2026), we require you to meet the following criteria:

• Australian or New Zealand Citizen, an Australian Permanent Resident or unrestricted Australian working rights
• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree completed within the last three years 
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Commerce, and are eligible to commence CA
