Our carefully tailored Graduate Program runs for 12 months commencing in February 2026.
You will immediately become an important member of our team, assisting in a range of areas including drafting, court attendances, client interaction and legal research. You will have an opportunity to practice in different technical and industry groups and develop an understanding of the vital importance of client relationship management.
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Graduate to join our highly regarded Adelaide Banking & Finance practice. You’ll work within a market-leading team of motivated and skilled lawyers, led by Partner Peter Staniszewski. Our team acts for all Big Four domestic banks, major non-bank lenders, overseas lenders, and significant borrowers on lending transactions across multiple industries. In this role, you’ll support the team with the day-to-day running of banking and finance matters. You’ll enjoy hands-on experience managing files from inception, including taking instructions, preparing and negotiating loan and security documents, conducting lender legal due diligence on major corporate and property transactions, and managing communications with clients and other parties. You will also be exposed to and have opportunities to work on a broad range of complex and interesting banking and finance matters.
