Key responsibilities in your new role
- Process Automation & Efficiency: Be trained to understand and automate CSM operational tasks and processes to improve efficiency.
- Tools & Reporting: Gain hands-on experience using internal tools and generating operational and performance reports.
- Digitalization Project Support: Assist in CSM digitalization initiatives and process improvement projects.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with CSMs and other stakeholders in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Internship Learning Outcomes:
- CSM Role Understanding: Understand the operational role of CSM within Supply Chain Management.
- Systems & Tools Exposure: Gain exposure to CSM systems, tools, and reporting practices.
- Digitalization Skills: Develop digitalization skills through hands-on contributions to CSM projects.
- Team Collaboration: Build the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders in a team setting.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Education: On track to attain a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Business Analytics, Computing, Data Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Academic or practical exposure to Excel Macro, Tableau, Python, or other programming languages is an advantage.
- Analytical Strength: Strong analytical skills; prior experience in business and/or data analytics is preferred.
- Learning Mindset: Positive learning attitude with the ability to work well both independently and within a team.
- Preferred Intake: Jan 27 – May/June 27.
