Key responsibilities in your new role
- Competency Framework Support
- Framework Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and updating competency frameworks, skill taxonomies, and proficiency matrices for Backend functions.
- Competency Documentation: Support the documentation of technical and behavioral competency standards, including helping to define evidence requirements for assessments.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather inputs for New Employee Training Programs (NETP) and structured learning pathways.
- Industry Research: Conduct research on industry trends and emerging technologies to help keep competency frameworks current and relevant.
Training & Content Development Assistance
- Learning Solution Design: Support Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the design and development of technical learning solutions, including e-learning modules, microlearning content, and digital training materials.
- Training Catalog Management: Help maintain training catalogs and knowledge repositories to ensure learning materials are organized, current, and accessible.
- Training Coordination: Assist in coordinating training deployment activities and supporting administrative tasks for learning events.
- Digital Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of engaging digital communication content, such as infographics, short videos, or promotional materials for learning campaigns.
Data Analytics & Digitalization Support
- Workflow Enhancement: Assist in enhancing existing data workflows using tools such as KNIME and Tableau (training provided if basic knowledge is present).
- Data Consolidation: Help extract, clean, and consolidate workforce capability data to support management reporting.
- Compliance Monitoring: Monitor competency assessment progress and training compliance data, identifying trends or gaps for review.
- Dashboard Development: Support the development of user-friendly dashboards to visualize training effectiveness and workforce readiness metrics.
Internship Learning
- Competency Framework Support
- Framework Knowledge: Gain hands-on experience maintaining and updating competency frameworks, skill taxonomies, and proficiency matrices.
- Standards Documentation: Develop skills in documenting technical and behavioral competency standards and evidence requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build experience collaborating with stakeholders to shape training programs and learning pathways.
- Research Capabilities: Strengthen research skills by exploring industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to competency development.
Training & Content Development
- Instructional Design Exposure: Learn to support the design and development of technical learning solutions alongside Subject Matter Experts.
- Knowledge Management: Develop skills in maintaining organized and accessible training catalogs and repositories.
- Event Coordination: Gain experience coordinating training logistics and administrative tasks for learning events.
- Creative Content Skills: Build capabilities in creating digital communication content including infographics, short videos, and campaign materials.
Data Analytics & Digitalization
- Tool Proficiency: Develop working knowledge of data workflow tools such as KNIME and Tableau.
- Data Handling: Gain experience in extracting, cleaning, and consolidating workforce data for reporting purposes.
- Trend Analysis: Learn to monitor and interpret competency and compliance data to surface gaps and insights.
- Dashboard Visualization: Build skills in developing dashboards that communicate training effectiveness and workforce readiness.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Education
- Degree Pursuit: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Application Stage: Students in their final year or recent graduates (within 6 months) are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Experience & Knowledge
- Academic Background: Academic projects or coursework related to competency modeling, workforce planning, or instructional design is a plus.
- Data Tools Familiarity: Basic familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) or data automation tools (KNIME, Python, Excel Power Query).
- Tech Interest: Interest in AI-enabled solutions, digital learning platforms, or semiconductor/high-tech manufacturing processes.
- Content Creation: Experience creating content using digital tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, video editing basics) is advantageous.
