About the role:

We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for Graduate Engineers to join our Design team supporting the Jemena Electricity Services Agreement contract. Our structured two-year program features multiple rotations, providing a nurturing environment for growth and development. You’ll have the chance to contribute to various exciting projects and day-to-day operations, working in a fast-paced setting where your ideas are valued and your contributions have a meaningful impact.

Throughout the program, you will gain hands-on experience across electrical distribution and zone substation design, supporting the development of detailed engineering documentation, technical assessments, and compliant design solutions. You will work alongside experienced engineers and project stakeholders, assisting with scoping, estimating, auditing designs, and ensuring projects meet safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory standards. With structured mentoring, on-the-job training, and increasing responsibility over time, this role is designed to build your technical capability, commercial awareness, and leadership foundations—setting you up for a successful and rewarding engineering career.

What We Look for in Our Graduates:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering (Electrical preferred)
  • Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • A passion for learning and growing within the industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
