Health & Safety Graduate

As a Health & Safety Graduate, you will have exposure to all aspects of Lendlease’s Health & Safety function including Corporate, Investment, Development and Construction. You will build a foundational understanding of Health & Safety systems, processes and frameworks that enable the safe delivery of works and operations at Lendlease, including applying the Lendlease Global Minimum Requirements (GMRs) and the Healthy & Safety Management System in a practical, hands-on way. You will be introduced to key stages of the construction and operational lifecycle and will learn how Health & Safety principles are applied in everyday decision-making.

Our Program

Our 2027 Construction Graduate Program offers a variety of hands-on opportunities. Across a one year program, you’ll build real world skills, learn from experienced mentors and grow your professional network—all designed to help you develop and succeed.

 

Eligibility & Program Requirements

To be eligible for the 2027 Graduate Program, you must:

  • Have completed a relevant bachelor’s degree between 2024–2026
  • Be able to work full‑time from February 2027
  • Hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Permanent Residency at the time of application
