What We're Looking For

  • High proficiency in Full-stack engineering with Nextjs/Typescript and or Python.
  • MUST BE based in Australia (preferably Sydney or Melbourne)
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience

Bonus Points

  • Experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, and or Google Gemini APIs
  • Background in an early-stage startup environment.

About the role

Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) means embedding directly with startups that rely on us, particularly those pursuing missions in healthcare, tech, robotics, recruiting, and beyond, to help them deliver meaningful outcomes.

You can own the end-to-end execution of full-stack projects, working in small teams. This means you'll have a chance to make technical decisions, execute on founder visions, and deliver outcomes that matter. By joining as an FDE, you'll work alongside Australia's best engineering talent while leapfrogging your rate of learning and real-world impact.
