Program Overview 

Our 18-month Graduate Program, starting on 15 March 2027, is designed to build your capability, confidence and career momentum from day one.

You’ll gain hands-on role and client experience, supported by technical training and certifications, professional capability development, and exposure to strategic partners. Alongside a connected ANZ graduate cohort experience and personalised development pathways, the program is designed to help you grow and thrive in your first full-time role.

About the role: 

As a Cloud Sales graduate, you will develop strong cloud architecture capabilities while supporting senior Solution Architects in designing and delivering AWS-based solutions. You will contribute to activities such as architecture documentation, proof of concepts, Well-Architected reviews, and client-facing materials, building both technical depth and commercial awareness. Day to day, you’ll balance structured learning, certification progress, and hands-on project work, gradually increasing your independent contribution and confidence in technical discussions. High performers demonstrate curiosity, take ownership of their learning, and effectively connect technical solutions to real customer outcomes. Over time, success is defined by your ability to design scalable, secure solutions, communicate complex concepts clearly, and become a trusted contributor across both internal teams and client engagements.
