Program Overview 

Our 18-month Graduate Program, starting on 15 March 2027, is designed to build your capability, confidence and career momentum from day one.

You’ll gain hands-on role and client experience, supported by technical training and certifications, professional capability development, and exposure to strategic partners. Alongside a connected ANZ graduate cohort experience and personalised development pathways, the program is designed to help you grow and thrive in your first full-time role.

About the role: 

As a MS Security Engineer graduate, you will develop strong cyber security fundamentals while actively contributing to the ongoing monitoring and protection of client environments. You will support security operations by analysing alerts, assisting with incident response, and maintaining security tools, gaining hands-on experience with real-world threats and systems. Day to day, you’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, balancing proactive monitoring with reactive response while building confidence in technical decision-making. High performers demonstrate curiosity, attention to detail, and ownership, going beyond tasks to understand risks and continuously improve their capability. Over time, success is defined by your ability to identify and respond to threats effectively, communicate clearly under pressure, and become a trusted member of the security operations team
