As a Corporate Tax Graduate at RSM, you will have the opportunity to develop the ability to apply fundamental tax skills, understand tax plans, prepare financial statements, develop a working knowledge of the fundamental electronic taxation tools, and much more!

Key responsibilities:

• Working on Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) matters
• Supporting GST consulting and compliance
• Assisting with human resource tax solutions
• Providing income tax consulting
• Preparing client deliverables and advising clients
• Developing awareness of global tax issues
• Supporting tax risk management activities
• Completing tax compliance work
• Assisting with tax planning and transaction support

About You:

You’re someone who is curious, motivated and eager to build a career in taxation. You bring initiative, professionalism and a strong sense of integrity to everything you do. You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Are studying or have completed a degree in Commerce, Accounting, Law, or hold a double degree or double major
• Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and colleagues
• Are a proactive self‑starter who collaborates well and contributes ideas
• Are comfortable working with people across different levels and departments
• Bring a can‑do attitude, resilience and a passion for continuous learning
• Are curious about clients’ industries and motivated to understand their business needs
• Are driven, committed and eager to grow professionally
• Have a genuine interest in taxation and strong intellectual curiosity
• Hold Australian Citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency or New Zealand Permanent Residency
