As a Sustainability & ESG Graduate at RSM, you will have the opportunity to develop and apply your environmental knowledge to business decision making, understand the risks and opportunities of climate change to a wide variety of industries, undertake emissions calculations, and prepare sustainability reports.

Key responsibilities:

• Sustainability and climate reporting.
• Climate risk assessments.
• Carbon emissions calculations and verification.
• Supply chain risk assessment.
• Sustainability and climate strategy.
• Analyse and organise data.
• Technical research and reporting.

About You:

You’re someone who is passionate about sustainability, curious about climate impacts and eager to help organisations transition to a more resilient future. You bring initiative, professionalism and a strong sense of integrity to everything you do. You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Are studying or have completed a degree in Environment, Natural Sciences, Sustainability or Engineering
• Are interested in helping businesses integrate sustainability and communicate their environmental performance
• Can translate complex concepts into clear, simple messages for clients and colleagues
• Are a proactive self‑starter who collaborates well and contributes ideas
• Are comfortable working with people across different levels and departments
• Bring a can‑do attitude, resilience and a passion for continuous learning
• Hold Australian Citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency or New Zealand Permanent Residency
