As an Audit Graduate at RSM, you will have the opportunity to develop essential audit skills, understand audit plans, prepare financial statements, develop a working knowledge of the fundamental electronic audit tools, and much more!

Conducting audits for our wide variety of clients across Australia provides an exciting chance to gain intricate knowledge of everyday business operations and financial reporting. You will work closely with our clients to establish trustworthy relationships and serve as their reliable advisors.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducting financial statement audits to ensure accuracy and uncover insights
• Supporting regulatory and compliance audits
• Assisting with acquittal statements and special purpose audits
• Contributing to financial reporting that supports clear stakeholder communication
• Providing regulatory, technical and IFRS guidance
• Working on‑site with clients across various industries
• Exploring opportunities for international secondments
• Enjoying an additional 1.5 weeks of annual leave
• Embracing new challenges and learning opportunities every day

About You:

You’re someone who is motivated, detail‑oriented and eager to build a career in audit. You bring initiative, professionalism and a strong sense of integrity to everything you do. You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Are studying or have completed a degree in Business or Commerce with an Accounting major, or hold CA‑accredited prerequisite units
• Are willing to travel to client sites across Australia
• Enjoy client service and helping people achieve their goals
• Are a proactive self‑starter who collaborates well and contributes ideas
• Bring a can‑do attitude, resilience and a passion for continuous learning
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
• Work well in a team environment
• Can absorb new knowledge and apply it across different situations
