Our Vacation Program

As a Vacation Student in the Tax Services division, you will get a head start on your career by obtaining valuable practical experience during your university break.

In the Tax Services division, we specialise in:

• Revolutionary strategies for base erosion and profit shifting (BEPS);
• GST consulting and compliance;
• Human resource tax solutions;
• Income tax consulting;
• Tax risk management;
• Tax compliance;
• Tax planning and transaction support.

Tax Services at RSM includes a wide variety of teams that serve our clients in all areas of tax and tax compliance. Your vacationer program will take place in one of these teams. These include:

• Corporate Tax
• Global Employer Services
• Research & Development Tax
• International Tax & Transfer Pricing
• Indirect Tax

When does it start?

Depending on the division you apply for, the vacation program will start in late 2026 or early 2027.

Who you are:

• Currently studying towards a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Law;
• You are in your penultimate year of study at university;
• Have strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills;
• Able to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues;
• Can contribute to a team dynamic and bring your unique skills and ideas to the table;
• A can-do attitude and a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
