As a Business Advisory Graduate at RSM, you will have the opportunity to develop the ability to apply fundamental accounting skills, understand accounting plans, prepare financial statements, develop a working knowledge of the fundamental electronic accounting tools, and much more!

Key responsibilities:

• Providing strategic and operational advice to clients
• Supporting accounting and business advisory services
• Working with cloud accounting and digital advisory tools
• Assisting with strategic outsourcing engagements
• Preparing and executing ad‑hoc tasks to support the team
• Supporting SME tax compliance and simplification
• Assisting with superannuation services
• Contributing to business strategy and development
• Supporting succession and estate planning activities
• Bringing a positive attitude to team environments
• Tailoring tasks and solutions to meet individual client needs

About You:

You’re someone who is motivated, adaptable and eager to build a career in business advisory. You bring initiative, professionalism and a strong sense of integrity to everything you do. You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Are studying or have completed a degree in Business or Commerce with an Accounting major
• Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and colleagues
• Are a proactive self‑starter who collaborates well and contributes ideas
• Bring a can‑do attitude and a passion for continuous learning
• Adapt quickly and apply knowledge across different situations
• Demonstrate strong time management skills
• Are comfortable working with a wide variety of clients
• Hold Australian Citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency or New Zealand Permanent Residency
