About the Program  

Our graduate program is designed to support students as they transition from study to work. With support from a dedicated team, you will build relationships with peers and experienced leaders, develop technical skills on the job, and complete relevant development activities that build your professional capability and set you up for a long-term career at Suncorp.

Minimum eligibility requirements: 

  • Full working rights in Australia* 
  • Completing at least a bachelor’s degree at an Australian University  
  • Graduated 2024 or 2025 or graduating in 2026. 

* Suncorp does not sponsor visas for entry-level roles. If you are on a student/graduate visa, it is your responsibility to ensure you can continue to work at Suncorp beyond the visa expiry date. We recommend seeking independent immigration advice if you're unsure about your long-term work rights.

  3. Complete three online assessments.
