Your New Role

What the Global Transaction Services graduate program will offer you?

• Get hands-on experience with how big organisations manage their money - from day‑to‑day cash flow to payments that move locally and around the world.
• Help support real banking solutions that make it easier for customers to manage their cash and move money smoothly across borders.
• Work on practical, real‑world projects in transactional banking, including cash management, deposits, and funding the operations that keep businesses running.

What you’ll need to succeed

•  Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn, with training provided to develop necessary skills.
•  We welcome students from all disciplines.
•  A finance or analytical background is preferred but not neccessary to join the team.

You will also need:

• To be in in your final year of study of a university degree, or
• You can have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, but it must be no more than three years ago.
• You also need to be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident when you apply.
