Customer Service Officer

The Role & The Team

As part of our Contact Centre, you will be surrounded by supportive and friendly colleagues.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to get themselves into a corporate role, with numerous opportunities for future development.

You will report to one of our Policy Services Team Leaders assisting our customers with their insurance related queries and questions. You will be providing excellent customer service to our Adica customers.

This opportunity will see you:

  • Answering inbound phone calls about insurance policies, including customers making changes to their policies, renewing their policies, and general insurance questions.
  • Ensuring our customers receive efficient and effective service.
  • Ensuring all calls are administered in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and Adica policies.
  • Provide a strong customer experience.

We have several roles available for permanent full-time positions, with extensive in-person training provided.

At Adica Insurance, we work in a hybrid working environment, which means you will have the opportunity to work from home 3 days a week and come into the office 2 days a week.

These roles are based out of our newly fitted out St Kilda Road office. Start date for these roles will be end of May 2025.

Your Skills & Experience

No relevant experience is required for the role, as we provide comprehensive and in-depth training for all successful candidates.

However, it is critical for you to have:

  • A genuine passion to assist customers and exceed their service expectations.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Resilience and self-motivation to work remotely.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast paced but supportive environment.

Whilst not essential, previous call centre experience will be highly regarded.
