The Opportunity: HORIZONS

HORIZONS is a 24-month, hands-on leadership program designed to build future Store Managers.

This isn’t a traditional graduate role where you sit on the sidelines. You’ll learn by being in it, on the retail floor, with customers, with teams, and in the pace and energy of a live environment.

You don’t need to have experience in luxury to apply or to have even walked into a luxury store. What matters is your mindset. If you enjoy working with people, staying active, and learning through real experience, you’ll feel at home here.

Across the program, you’ll rotate between retail and corporate teams, building a full picture of how the business works, from the shop floor to strategic decision-making.

You’ll also be part of a regional cohort across nine countries, giving you exposure beyond Australia and the chance to grow your network early in your career.

This is for people who want to lead from the front, not from behind a desk.

The 2027 program will be based in Sydney, with potential opportunities in Melbourne.


Program Structure

Stage 1: Retail & Client Experience (6 months – Store)
Start where it all happens. You’ll work directly with clients, support your team, and learn what great service and teamwork really look like in action.

Stage 2: Business Exposure (6 months – Corporate)
Step into the wider business. You’ll work on projects across teams like Client Development and Retail Performance, understanding how decisions are made and how the business grows.

Stage 3: Store Leadership (12 months – Store)
Take on more responsibility in-store. You’ll lead projects, support team performance and build the confidence to step into a leadership role.

Throughout the program, you’ll have:

  • Structured learning and development

By the end, you’ll be ready to step into a Store Team Manager role - leading a multi-million dollar product category.


What You’ll Be Doing

As part of HORIZONS, you will:

  • Create memorable experiences for clients 
  • Work closely with your team to drive performance 
  • Get involved in business projects across different teams 
  • Learn how to read and respond to business performance 
  • Contribute ideas and improvements 
  • Build your leadership skills in a fast-paced environment 


Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for people early in their careers who are motivated, curious and ready to grow.

You should:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) 
  • Have at least 2 years of work experience (retail, hospitality or similar is a plus) 
  • Be confident working with people and communicating clearly 
  • Have permanent working rights in Australia 
  • Be fluent in English 
  • Be available to start full-time in January 2027 (Sydney or Melbourne)
