We’re Australia’s leading business bank with a team of professional bankers across Australia, providing general and specialist banking advice to small and medium sized enterprises and investors. Our graduate roles in Business Banking are primarily based in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, Sydney

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: 
• Develop and build strong customer relationships.
• Perform credit analysis, financial modelling, and interpretation of customers financial information.
• Deliver superior customer service by managing the end-to-end lending process.
• Support bankers to provide tailored and integrated financial solutions.
• Use direct and digital channels to support our customers’ everyday needs.
• Construct facility renewals and business lending proposals with rationale for approval.
• Proactively identify and fulfil sales opportunities.
• Develop an understanding of bank products to match our customer needs.
• Assist in the acquisition and onboarding of new customers.

Our 2027 NAB Graduate Program will commence on 15 February 2027.

Eligibility
 
To be eligible to apply, you must have:
•    Australian or New Zealand citizenship or be an Australian Permanent Resident at the time of applying. 
•    Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in the past three years (2024, 2025 or 2026) or be due to complete it by the commencement of the program.
