About Digital, Data and AI
Across NAB, our Digital, Data & AI (DD&AI) teams sit at the core of transforming how customers and colleagues experience banking. We combine design, digital, analytics, onboarding excellence and AI innovation to create simpler, smarter and more personalised experiences.
DD&AI brings together five core capabilities - Digital, Design, Enterprise Customer Onboarding, Data & Analytics, and AI - each working in unison to deliver exceptional customer and colleague experiences.
Whether you are passionate about design, fascinated by data, excited by digital products, or AI solutions that unlock new possibilities - DD&AI offers a truly multidisciplinary environment where you can grow your career and make a meaningful impact.
Our program is designed to build technical capability, leadership confidence and business acumen. You will be supported by experienced leaders, engaged in meaningful work, and positioned to contribute to NAB’s long-term transformation agenda.
