About Group Transformation

Our Group Transformation team leads and manages complex organisational change designed to help NAB become the most customer-focused bank in Australia and New Zealand. By streamlining internal processes and fostering operational resilience, we ensure that the bank can adapt swiftly to evolving market and customer needs. We work closely with business units across the organisation, identifying areas where procedures can be simplified or enhanced for greater efficiency. Through this collaboration, we strive to provide customers with clear and straightforward products, dependable service, and seamless, real-time transaction capabilities. Ultimately, our efforts support easier money movement for all customers and position NAB at the forefront of innovative and customer-centric banking solutions.

To accomplish its objectives, Group Transformation:

• Concentrates on important projects in three main domains: making organisational processes simpler, upgrading payment systems, and pushing forward technology enhancements.
• Leads initiatives to update and modernise the company’s tech infrastructure.
• Enhances how changes are delivered by promoting improved teamwork and making change management more efficient.

Our graduate roles in Group Transformation are predominately based in Melbourne, with a limited number of roles in Sydney.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: 

• Contribute to developing strategies to improve the experience of our customers and colleagues.
• Work with product colleagues to analyse customer needs and market trends and develop and deliver customer propositions.
• Protect customers and colleagues by reviewing, strengthening and automating controls.
• Use your analytical capabilities to identify and present product and process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with different teams across NAB to deliver transformation initiatives.

Our 2027 NAB Graduate Program will commence on 15 February 2027.

Eligibility
 
To be eligible to apply, you must have:
•    Australian or New Zealand citizenship or be an Australian Permanent Resident at the time of applying. 
•    Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in the past three years (2024, 2025 or 2026) or be due to complete it by the commencement of the program.
