1. Initial Application
   

   Your application is our first impression of you, so it's important to make it a good one! Put your relevant experience on the first page. A three-page maximum CV works best, saved as a .doc, .docx or .pdf so we can open it easily.

2. Assessment
   

   If you look like a good fit for the program, we will invite you to complete an online assessment. This assessment specifically measures competencies, traits and drivers along with your logical, numerical and verbal skills. 

3. Video Interview
   

   If you're successful after the assessment stage, you will be invited to complete a pre-recorded video interview online. We will want to learn more about you and give you a chance to learn more about us and the program to ensure alignment.

4. Interview With Our Team
   

   Interviews will be held at one of our offices or online using Microsoft Teams. This is your first opportunity to connect with the hiring leader, who will be interested to learn more about you and your relevant career experience, and your motivation for the role and also ask you some behavioural-based interview questions. If your application progresses to this stage, a Talent Acquisition Specialist will always call you to ensure you are well prepared!

Eligibility criteria

Degree: To be eligible, you must be studying a minimum of a bachelor's degree in the relevant discipline. You'll need to have completed your degree within the past year or by the time the program starts.

Australian/New Zealand citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency.

 Some tips:

• Presentation is important, corporate business attire is best but if you are unsure please contact your recruiter.

• Be on time. If you can't make it, cancel or reschedule as soon as you can.
