Our application process is designed to ensure every candidate has the opportunity to showcase their strengths, potential, and alignment to our graduate program.
Applications open through SEEK Grad, where students can submit their expression of interest. Once applications are reviewed, shortlisted candidates are invited to complete a series of online assessments. These assessments help us understand your problem‑solving style, communication approach, and working preferences, giving us a more holistic view of you beyond your resume.
Graduate Candidates who progress from the online assessments are then invited to participate in our Assessment Centre. This interactive session includes group activities, individual tasks, and opportunities to meet members of the DBG Health team.
The Assessment Centre is designed to be engaging, supportive, and reflective of our culture, giving you insight into what it’s like to work with us while we learn more about your strengths and how you collaborate with others.
