  2. Eligibility Screening & Shortlisting

    The team will make sure you meet the eligibility requirements of the program. You are eligible to apply if you:

    • have a university undergraduate or postgraduate degree or will have completed a bachelor's degree or higher between January 2023 and 31 January 2026
    • have full working rights under Australian immigration law before the start of the program, this includes visas

  3. Assessment Center

    Successful candidates will be invited to attend an assessment center, either in person or virtually, depending on your circumstances and location.

  4. Referee Checks 

    Following assessment centres, we will confirm your referee names and contact details so that we can contact them to complete a referee report for you.

  5. Offer 

    If you are successful, we will ask you to complete a pre-employment check (including criminal history check) and commencement paperwork.
