Our graduate program

As we continue to grow in Australia and expand into Asia Pacific, our graduate program plays an important role in supporting this growth. For our 2025 Graduate Program we are looking for recent graduates to join our Engineering and Design and Network Operations teams in Sydney and our Capital Works and Marketing teams in Melbourne. By joining our program, you will have an opportunity to be a vital part of NEXTDC’s sustained growth and success and launch your career at the forefront of innovation in the digital infrastructure industry.
