Application Process

Your NTT DATA Application Journey for 2027 Roles 

Applying for a graduate or internship role with NTT DATA is an exciting and straightforward process. Here’s what you can expect from start to finish: 

1. Applications Open –  13th April

From this date, you can submit your application online. You’ll have four weeks to complete it, so take the time to prepare your CV and cover letter to showcase your skills, experience, and motivation. 

2. Applications Close – 14th May

Make sure your application is submitted before the deadline! 

3. Video Screening – TBD

If you progress, you’ll be invited to record short video responses to a series of questions. This is where we get to know your personality, motivations, and how you think on your feet. 

4. Assessment Centre – 8th - 19th June

Candidates who make it through video screening will join us in an assessment centre. Here, you’ll take part in group activities, presentations, and interviews, all designed to let you shine while learning more about us and our culture. 

5. Offers –  TBD

We’ll be in touch to let you know the outcome.

  • If you're unsuccessful, we will contact you to provide feedback!
  • If you’re successful, congratulations—you’ll receive an official offer to join NTT DATA!

FAQ 

When should I apply ? 

Our applications open on the 13th of April, and you have four weeks to apply. Our applications will close on the 14th of May for both Graduate and Internship roles.  

Which role should I apply for? 

You should apply for the role that best aligns with your background, career goals and your passions. During the application you can highlight a secondary role which you are also interested in. We will have a Matchme tool available to you, so you can utalise this tool to estalish which role will best suit you.

How will I know I have been successful at each stage? 

We will have clear communication with all applicants and will email/ call you personally to inform you of your success. 

How far through my degree do I need to be to apply? 

For graduates, you need to be graduating from 2025 - 2026. 

For interns, you need to be in your penultimate (second last) year to apply. So that the internship is in your final year of study. 

What results do I need to have achieved? 

We do not have a minimum result requirement.
