Our recruitment team will schedule a quick chat to find out more about you and why you are interested in joining Thoughtworks. It’s also an opportunity to find out more about us and our opportunities. - Technical Interview
Meet our Thoughtworkers and have a more in depth discussion about the role. Developers will also get to pair program; BAs will do a role play; and Designers will complete a case study. These activities are designed so you get a glimpse of what working with our teams will be like. - Cultural Conversation
We want to really get to know you as an individual. This is a specific conversation about your values and about social impact. We want to know what’s important to you and understand how you think about inclusivity, the impact of tech on society, and talk about how you see the world and technology when looking through other people’s eyes. - Offer & TWU
