About our recruitment process

Online Application Form (May/Jun 2025)

Begin your journey with CSL by completing our online application form. This helps us to capture important information about you including your academic background, skills and experiences as well as your stream preferences. We will also ask you why you would be a great fit for our Graduate Program! Please ensure that you have checked all program eligibility requirements before completing your application.
Online Assessment

If you are successful post application form, you will be invited to complete a short online assessment and record a video response to some questions which will give us insight into you and your motivations for applying to the program. At this stage of the process, we are looking to learn more about your skillset, as well as your preferred ways of working so that we can best align you within the business. The assessment will take approximately 45 minutes to complete and will include a range of cognitive (verbal & numerical) questions and situational judgment scenarios (untimed) as well as a short video interview (timed). This assessment is a great way to showcase your experiences and your interest and motivation for applying to CSL.
Assessment Centre & Interview

The Assessment Centre will be the final step of the process. This will be a chance for you to interact with our business leaders as well as some of our current and previous graduates who will share their experiences with you.! At the Assessment Centre, you will participate in a group exercise as well as a short interview. Most importantly, this will be your opportunity to learn more about CSL and get an understanding about what your day as a CSL Graduate could look like!
Offer

We will call you within a couple days after the assessment centre to let you know if you are successful.
