I was drawn to RACV’s graduate program because of their strong reputation, their significant presence across Victoria, and their commitment to creating positive community impacts through partnerships with organisations such as Yalari, STREAT, and Neighbourhood Watch.
I think the variety of work available at RACV is extremely unique. It allows you to challenge yourself, and develop continually throughout your career.
The program provided me the chance to challenge myself while continually developing skills that will support my long-term growth. What excited me most was the chance to participate in and lead projects that directly align with the organisation’s needs, making a meaningful impact while getting exposure to different perspectives and areas of the business.
The 12 month journey gave me a foundation for my career at RACV and I highly recommend the program to anyone that is looking for a program that will focus on developing skills that are relevant to your career aspirations.
