Graduate Program

RACV is an organisation that’s broader and bigger than you think – roadside assistance and insurance lines, as well as a significant portfolio of Travel and Leisure experiences. At its core, RACV is the largest member organisation in Victoria, and we’re trusted to be there for our 2 million members.

Our Graduate Program is a permanent, full-time role that begins with a 12-month experience designed for real momentum and support. You'll participate in rotations, be exposed to different areas of the organisation, and learn from a wide range of teams and leaders as you grow. You'll also work on an enterprise-wide capstone project with your graduate cohort - tackling a real business challenge - and have opportunities to give back through our community partnerships, including a volunteer day.

You'll be supported every step of the way with a tailored development plan, a buddy and mentor, alongside a structured learning series to help you build the skills and confidence to set you up for long-term success.
