Your Journey to Becoming a VAGO Graduate
Your path to joining our 2027 Graduate Cohort is designed to help us get to know you, and for you to learn more about us. Here’s what to expect:
Step 1: Apply
Mark your calendar! Online applications open on 1st March 2026 and close on 12th April 2026. Submit your application and take the first step toward an exciting career with VAGO.
Step 2: Test
Next, you’ll complete a skills assessment, where you’ll tackle multiple-choice, scenario-based questions designed to evaluate your problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Step 3: Video Interview
We want to hear from you! Through an video interview, you’ll have the opportunity to share your experiences, skills, and motivation for joining us.
Step 4: Assessment Centre
If you’re shortlisted, you’ll be invited to our assessment centre, where you’ll engage in activities that assess key competencies like teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving under pressure.
Step 5: Meet & Greet
This is your chance to gain deeper insight into the Financial Audit Division and the Parliamentary Reports and Services Division, and connect with senior managers. It’s not just about us getting to know you, it’s also an opportunity for you to ask questions and see if we’re the right fit for you.
Step 6: Final Checks
We’ll conduct reference checks and complete the final steps to ensure everything is in place before moving forward.
Step 7: Welcome to VAGO!
Congratulations! If successful, you’ll receive your formal offer to join our 2027 Graduate Cohort, the start of an exciting and rewarding journey with us.
