What critical skill has the Graduate Accelerator Program helped you develop as a Clinician?

My clinical reasoning. During our discipline-specific meetings, we engage in valuable knowledge-sharing sessions where various team members present on relevant topics, enabling us to broaden our understanding and stay updated. We also engage in group discussions which allow us to strengthen our clinical reasoning skills by analysing client scenarios together and collaborating to develop recommendations that can benefit both current and future clients. These meetings are incredibly valuable as they provide us with the opportunity to learn from other clinicians and offer support to our peers. By tapping into the knowledge and experiences of our colleagues, we are able to enhance our understanding and improve our ability to provide effective recommendations.
