We extend this commitment to all areas of our business and decision-making, ensuring we can attract, retain, develop, reward and support our people to thrive at work and reach their full potential.
We support diversity and inclusion through our Employee Resource Groups, these employee-led groups provide a platform for underrepresented voices, offering networking, professional development, and a sense of belonging.

Great Southern Bank is committed to improving social outcomes through financial inclusion, reconciliation, and community partnerships. Our Financial Inclusion Action Plan supports customers experiencing vulnerability by expanding access to fair finance and building financial capability.
We launched our second Reconciliation Action Plan in December 2023, strengthening our commitments through cultural training and the inclusion of artwork by Nyul Nyul artist Lowell Hunter.
We also partner with organisations like Mission Australia, investing $1 million to improve energy efficiency in social housing, and continue to support affordable home ownership through the BuyAssist shared equity program with National Affordable Housing.
